Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products.
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
  • Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • An outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Availability to work Part Time Sundays and Mondays and as needed to cover other shifts
