Work Schedule/ Location:

The Role:

The E-commerce Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the online retail business. This position is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory accuracy, assisting with returns and customer service coordination, and ensuring seamless backend support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

What You'll Do:

  • Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals
  • Maintain seamless store operational procedures
  • Consistently use and understand processes and procedures to track in store inventory accurately
  • Track, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments Complete inventory related tasks as necessary with an elevated attention to detail, including inbound and outbound store transfers, shipment, and omni channel order processing
  • Communicate with customer service to help resolve order-related issues.
  • Meet clientele selling targets and ensure service via phone and email is aligned with Reformation
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
  • Uphold time and attendance policy
  • Bring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
  • Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $18 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
