Stretch Specialist / Assisted Stretch & Mobility Coach

At Elements Massage® in Middleton WI we help people move better, feel better, and live better! We’re looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment.

This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $25 per hour + incentives

What You’ll Do
  • Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
  • Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
  • Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
  • Create a welcoming client experience
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines
What We’re Looking For

Candidates must have one or more of the following:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
  • Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
  • Yoga or Pilates instructor certification

Additionally, you should have:

  • A passion for helping people move and feel better
  • Comfort providing hands-on assisted stretch services
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
