Columbia Association (CA) is looking for part-time enthusiastic and business-minded Personal Trainer Apprentices to join our team! Are you dedicated to health and fitness and thrive on guiding others towards their fitness aspirations? We are searching for personable and driven Personal Trainer Apprentices to join our team in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness field. In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to enhance individuals' lives by supporting their fitness progress and overall health. Requirements:
Personal Training Apprentice candidates must have an NCCA certified Personal Training Certification
CPR/AED
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Applicants must be available 25 hours a week, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • General knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
  • Experience preferred in sales, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals with a positive and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (on job certification available)

The pay rate for this position is $16.00/per hour with a commission rate of $23 - $43/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
