Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Executive Assistant

As a Part-Time Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Ensure efficient prioritization of appointments, deadlines, and commitments
  • Support internal systems and processes, including document management and organization
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with internal communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and external service providers
