Job description

Kingsley Senior Living Facility is looking for an amazing Receptionist. The Receptionist is the person that meets and greets our residents daily and asks, “What can I do to make your day better?” They are responsible for top-of-the-line customer service and hospitality. Assisting the residents, maintaining their safety and well-being.

Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Shows compassion and tenderness towards the residents and family members.
  • Assist with appointments and extracurricular activities.
  • Address and resolve residents’ complaints and concerns.
  • Protects resident’s confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintains a clean work environment.
  • Creates and maintains a positive and friendly environment.
  • Encourages residents to participate in activities and outings.
  • Marketing, building relationships with the community.
  • Assisting with care as needed.
  • Assisting and working closely with vendors.
  • Oversite of other departments to ensure expectations are met.
  • Answer multi-line telephone, screen, and direct calls take and relay messages, and provide information to callers. 
  • Give tours to potential clients and families.  
  • Direct individuals to the correct destination, and deal with queries from the public and clients. 
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
  • Prepare letters and documents, receive, sort, and distribute mail, maintain office filing, and organize meetings.
