JOB SUMMARY

At HCW Hospitality, our banquets are more than just events—they’re experiences. As a Banquet Lead, you’ll be at the heart of those experiences, delivering exceptional service that delights our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help make every event special. This is a part time position that could be scheduled up to full time hours depending on business needs. This position requires open availability: Mornings, Night, Weekends, Holidays, Long days.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Banquet Lead, you’ll be the face of our events. In this role, you will:

  • Lead banquet team from the start to the end of the event. 
  • Assist in staffing and scheduling for events two weeks in advance to a scheduled event.
  • Be ready to work pop up events on short notice.
  • Provide prompt, professional service to guests during banquets and events.
  • Greet the guest at the beginning of the events and clean up the event at the end.
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and décor.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper service standards.
  • Address guest needs and special requests with a positive attitude.
  • Work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and successful events.
  • Assist with event breakdown and resetting rooms for future functions.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
