Très L.A. is looking for polished, experienced servers to join our part-time team for busy nights at Très L.A. Bistro & Bar, as well as select catered events at the Pacific Design Center and other event locations.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals looking to pick up high-quality shifts alongside another job or commitment. Shifts are scheduled in advance but vary based on events and business needs, so strong evening and weekend availability is essential.
What You'll Do

  • Set up dining rooms, service stations, buffets, bars, and event spaces as assigned
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to Très L.A. service standards
  • Support the team in a variety of front-of-house roles as needed, including serving, bussing, food running, and barbacking
  • Maintain a clean, polished, and guest-ready service area throughout the shift
  • Communicate clearly with captains, managers, bartenders, culinary teams, and fellow servers
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, cleaning, and resetting at the end of service
  • Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
What We're Looking For
  • Prior serving experience in an upscale restaurant, catering, event, or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Comfortable jumping into support roles-including bussing, food running, and barbacking-based on the needs of the shift
  • A polished, professional, and guest-focused presence
  • Strong awareness, urgency, and ability to work smoothly as part of a team
  • Comfortable with physically active work, including carrying trays, standing for long periods, setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties
  • Reliable transportation and availability for nights, weekends, and occasional late shifts-sometimes as late as 2:00 AM
  • Flexibility to pick up scheduled shifts as business needs arise
  • Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification

If you love creating memorable guest experiences and want flexible opportunities to work beautiful events with a great hospitality team, we'd love to hear from you.
