Position Overview:
We're looking for individuals who would help us create seamless, memorable catering experiences. As an Event Server, you will directly engage with our customers and represent our Brand by providing services with kindness and attentiveness, assisting with setup and breakdown, and ensuring every guest feels valued. Individuals who enjoy teamwork and delivering exceptional service may find this role rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in loading and unloading catering equipment and products.
Set up and organize designated event spaces (e.g., venues, customer residences, etc), including tables, chairs, linens, buffet displays, dรฉcor, and catering equipment as outlined by your supervisor and our serving standards.
Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
Assist chefs at action stations and execute plated, buffet, or passed-service meals.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and uphold a professional demeanor.
At all times, maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing service areas.
Clear and break down event setups, handle equipment, and safely handle dรฉcor.
Ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
Follow any other duties and relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.
Position Requirements

Event Services team members are expected to consistently deliver exceptional service that reflects the company's standards, values, and reputation. Performance is measured by the ability to execute events professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Communicate respectfully with guests, clients, and internal team members
Execute assigned duties accurately with minimal supervision
Take ownership of assigned areas and responsibilities throughout the event
Treat every event-regardless of size or scope-with the same level of care and professionalism
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move event equipment as directed by the event manager.
Physical requirement's
This Job requires an incumbent to be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and short-notice events.
Certification:
Must maintain a food handler's certification.
