Join Our Team as a Part-Time Evening Server

Looking for a fulfilling part-time role in a welcoming and vibrant environment? Philo - 14th AVE, located in the heart of Oakland, CA, is searching for a dedicated and personable Evening Server to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent service and enjoy working in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you! We pay minimum wage to part time servers ($17.34 in Oakland. Our part time servers make an additional $15 - 25 an hour in credit card tips (not including cash tips).


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Part-Time Evening Server, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Taking and serving food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring tables are set, clean, and well-maintained throughout service.
