Hours: [M-W 11:30-8:00 pm. 1/2 hour lunch required   Sat/Sun alternate 7am-1:30 pm. 1:30 pm-8:00pm_

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional EVE/Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our office during evening and weekend hours.

    • nswer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.

    • anage appointment schedules and maintain calendars for staff members.
