Position Type: Part-time at 24 hours/week

As our Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.


Summary of responsibilities:

  • Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers
  • Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents
  • Assist in marketing promotions
  • Generate sales to increase occupancy
  • Promote resident retention programs
  • Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws


Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

  • 1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry
  • Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
  • Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
