Now Hiring: Caregiver

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes job duties in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
  • Recognizes and responds to priorities in the performance of his/her duties.
  • Cooperatively responds in performing resident care tasks.
  • Assists and/or provides reminders to residents in the performance of “Activities of Daily Living”.
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment for self, residents, and others.
  • Performs housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with the operations of the facility.
  • Participates in fire drills and other safety and risk management activities
  • Demonstrates a cooperative manner in meeting the special event needs of the facility

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous caregiving experience either in Assisted Living or other health care setting preferred. 
  • Annual TB testing and/or screening.
  • Must be able to lift and perform frequent bending.
  • Must have knowledge of practices and procedure of caregiving care sufficient enough to follow accepted practices.
