Job Description & Requirements

We are currently seeking a part-time physician specializing in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing program conveniently located near both Milwaukee and Chicago. Our centers for Comprehensive Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care administer around 10,000 hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions annually, making us the leading provider in Wisconsin. Additionally, we are proud to host one of the earliest Hyperbaric Medicine programs in the country, along with one of the largest hyperbaric chambers in the United States. Join us in expanding our Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care services!

Key Highlights

  • Inpatient and outpatient Wound Care clinic operating from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Access to both mono-place and multi-place chambers

  • Collaborate with a strong team of specialists in Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care

  • Support from Advanced Practice Providers

  • Become part of a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines

  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and approval

  • Work in a diverse and inclusive environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients

Required Training and Experience

  • Board Certification in a primary specialty; Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine Board certification is preferred

  • Completion of a 40-hour Primary Training in Hyperbaric Medicine certification or an Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine fellowship from an ACGME-accredited program is mandatory
