Job description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide professional pharmacy services as a staff pharmacist administering flu vaccinations at onsite corporate flu shot clinics across Cleveland. This contract role requires traveling to assigned client locations on both the East and West sides of the city, delivering immunizations efficiently while utilizing Epic software to document as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer flu shots at various business locations throughout Cleveland.
  • Travel to client sites as assigned, standing or sitting as required during vaccination clinics.
  • Use Epic system functionality to support patient care and documentation.
  • Represent the pharmacy professionally at corporate client sites.

Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing (required).
  • Current BLS certification (required).
  • Current immunization delivery certification (required).
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (required).
  • Proficiency with Epic software (required).
  • PharmD degree preferred.
