Overview:

City View Post-Acute is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for RNs looking for flexibility in their work schedule while providing essential care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.

  • Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.

  • Assist with emergency situations as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
