Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a part time Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:

  • Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans

  • Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching

  • Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance

  • Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants

  • Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential

  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

  • Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

PT Requirements Include:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Current New York State PT License
