Entry Level - Administrative Assistant / Officer

About the job

The position is part time at 15‐20 hrs per week with Nov 2022. The weekly hours may increase to 24‐30 per week after Nov 2022. Perks are not featured. This is a remote role that requires socialization with the manager, job employees, and the client through e‐mail, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange project digital files (e.g., producing venture‐, contract‐specific files) and, upon request, assist with organizing and creating specialized papers and discussions.
  • Monitor and update course customer guidebooks.
  • Examine ecological records and apply regulatory compliance demands; enter data into an online database and administer customer review of digital products versus recognized governing criteria.
  • Conduct impromptu regulatory analysis.
  • Keep track of a job e‐mail mailbox, receiving emails from flight‐terminal customers and job subcontractors.
  • Understand customer Standard Operating Procedures to appropriately deliver support to consumer field areas.

Qualifications

  • Organized go‐getter with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely and individually; efficient in a busy environment, multi‐task and prioritize workload.
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email) to a wide variety of viewers and superb spoken and written communication abilities.
