Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator – Part-Time

Location: Olive Branch, MS / Memphis, TN Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time | Entry Level

Position Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support our employees and client operations in the Olive Branch/Memphis area.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable using a computer, and can communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.

You will serve as a key point of contact between our staffing team, employees, and client. Because you will regularly assist with communication and translation, strong verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new-hire orientations and assist employees with the onboarding process
  • Welcome and check in new employees on their first day
  • Track and address employee attendance issues
  • Communicate with employees regarding tardiness, absences, and workplace expectations
  • Assist with employee coaching, corrective actions, and write-ups
  • Communicate employee releases and assignment endings when necessary
  • Provide English/Spanish translation for the client and employees as needed
  • Serve as an onsite point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Maintain professional communication with client supervisors and management
  • Send and respond to emails
  • Complete basic computer-based administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate employee and attendance information
  • Assist the staffing team with daily onsite needs

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – verbal and written (required)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft applications, email, and other basic computer programs
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching and speaking with employees
  • Comfortable translating conversations between English and Spanish
  • Able to handle employee issues professionally and respectfully
  • Organized and able to keep up with multiple responsibilities
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Comfortable communicating with both hourly employees and client management

No previous staffing experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the right personality for an onsite environment.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
