Midtown Home Improvements is growing our Nashville sales and marketing team and looking for competitive, outgoing people who want more than just another hourly job.

This is an entry-level opportunity with a real path into professional sales and management.

You'll start on our field marketing team, working in local neighborhoods, speaking face-to-face with homeowners and setting appointments for our home improvement sales team.

Compensation

Part-Time Training

  • $13/hour
  • .05% - 1% commission
  • $100 bonus for every qualified appointment after 4 in a week

Full-Time

  • $17/hour
  • .05% - 1% commission
  • $100 bonus for every qualified appointment after 5 in a week (some get 10-15 a week)
