Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives across Simcoe County to represent the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard in major retail locations!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing. We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and working toward goals. No previous sales experience is required!


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional way
  • Introduce and explain the benefits of our client’s credit card
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right product
  • Build positive relationships with customers and retail store teams
  • Support new customer acquisition while providing an excellent customer experience
  • Learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills through hands-on training
