Your Typical Shift
You'll arrive for the midday handoff, get the front desk set for the afternoon, and settle into a steady rhythm of helping people as they come in or reach out. The pace can change quickly-some moments are quiet and detail-focused, and others are busy with multiple requests at once-so you'll prioritize, stay calm, and keep communication moving. As the day wraps, you'll make sure items are logged, the workspace is reset, and the office is ready for the next morning's start.
