?? Locations: Los Angeles, Cerritos (ABC Unified School District), Bellflower & Surrounding Communities

?? Pay Rate: $26+/hr (DOE) – Paid Weekly

?? Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Weekdays Only

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings across the Greater Los Angeles area. As an RBT, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and IEP goals (training provided)
  • Assist with social-emotional learning and classroom behavior management
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
  • Document student progress and maintain confidentiality
  • Support students in various school environments—classroom, playground, sensory room, and more

? What You’ll Need:

  • Active RBT certification (preferred, but not required for entry-level roles)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • CPR certification, TB clearance, and health screening (as applicable)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
