Job description

VG Systems, LLC is seeking an entry level team member to provide flexible support across multiple business functions. This hybrid position includes both remote and on site work as needed. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are in school, recently graduated, or just beginning their careers. The ideal candidate is an A Player who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn and contribute.


Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to various departments.
  • Assist with research and prepare summaries, reports, or white paper style findings.
  • Support business development activities and outreach efforts.
  • Assist with writing, documentation, and communication tasks as needed.
  • Help coordinate small projects and track progress on assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver high quality work.
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all assigned duties.
  • Contribute to a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented work environment.

Experience:
