Communications Strategy Group (CSG®), an intent marketing agency based in Denver, Colorado, is seeking candidates for its part-time project manager role to support activities with clients across CSG’s multiple industries.

Roles and Responsibilities
Project managers at CSG are proactive and resourceful individuals with top-notch organization, communication and collaboration skills. They collaborate with our account team members and serve as an advocate for CSG’s content, creative, digital and web development teams. This role follows a number of client portfolios from project origination through to project completion, and serves as a knowledgeable liaison between departmental teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
To be successful, you’ll need to face each day with a willingness to jump feet first into whatever comes across your path. Whether you’re building budgets, solving a project puzzle or striking a balance between various clients’ timeline demands and project realities, you’ll be a critical part of our commitment to purposeful solutions that solve our clients’ business problems.
Project Managers:

  • Attend regular meetings with our clients and account teams to receive status updates and assist with project management activities
  • Meet weekly with our resource manager to provide updates to projects across a portfolio of clients
  • Have client, deliverable and project knowledge to work with Studio and Digital team members to keep projects moving
  • Independently manage assigned projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with account team members to input new project needs into our project management software
  • Serve as day-to-day consultative support to account teams when developing project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate closely with resource manager for timelines of client work against agency workload and resources
  • Partner with Operations & Talent team members to own the budgeting and scoping process of both current and prospective clients
  • Continually monitor hours and budgets against project/client scope
  • Track project financials and project timelines
  • Create and update timekeeping project cards for accurate time tracking

 
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience within an agency facilitating the execution of creative deliverables
  • Experience working with a project management system (Asana, WorkFront, Monday, etc.)
  • Ability to work confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of when and how to delegate, including delegating up as needed
  • Accountability, collaborative spirit, and a calm, confident presence with keen problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • A proven track record of success finding creative solutions for a wide variety of client requests and business problems
  • Strong leadership, organizational and teambuilding skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and skilled at juggling and setting multiple priorities, as needed
  • Beginner-level understanding of utilizing AI, a plus

 
The project manager will reside in our Operations & Talent department with a very close working relationship to our resource manager, creative, digital and account team members.
