Graceworks Enhanced Living offers residential and day programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in four Ohio counties. Our residential living services and 24/7 care bring unconditional love, security and community to people with intellectual and developmental challenges.

Position description:

We’re looking for both full-time and part time entry-level Direct Support Professionals. No experience is necessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community! 

Full time and Part time – Multiple shifts available 1st and 2nd

Compensation: $16.00 hour - Rate can increase with documented and verified experience. We also have 2nd shift and weekend warrior shift incentives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points on driving record
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to pass background check
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening (including medical marijuana)
