Job description

Part Time | Pay Rate: $14.50 Hourly | Shift Details: On-Call, Per Required Need 

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Entertainment Center Staff provides Guests with entertainment options to create the ultimate entertainment center experience. You will report to The District supervisors, Shift manager, and The District Director.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will greet guests, provide information, and answer questions about facilities, entertainment choices, rules, and regulations.

2. Perform minor repairs on all games as directed by management.

3. Maintain cleanliness; organize and stock work areas.

4. Monitor event activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures.

5. You will process payment transactions.

6. Perform opening, mid-day, or closing preparations, cleaning and maintenance tasks according to the requirements of the shift worked.

7. Inspect the equipment to ensure it is working and report wear, damage, or problems of games to management immediately.

8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Operate computer, cash register, and credit card verification equipment
  • Basic reading skills
  • Concentration amid distractions and interruptions
  • Have good customer relations abilities, manner, and cooperative attitude, and team oriented.
