F45 North Livonia is a franchisee of the F45 Training group fitness system. We want our trainers to be happy and successful and to experience the thrill we have everyday helping our members become fitter, healthier and happier.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
  • Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
  • Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
  • Perform fitness consultations, talk with each new member and prospect about goals
  • Talk about membership options to clients before and after class
  • Maintain a clean, organized, energetic and fun studio
  • Promote and sell F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
  • Required to set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and after classes
  • Punctual and in uniform
Minimum Requirements:
  • Certified: Nationally accredited current fitness certification preferred - certifications: NSA, ACE, WITS, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
  • Certified: Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • Experience: Personal Training, 1 year minimum
  • Language: English
Additional Requirements:
  • Group training certification preferred or have experience in group training
  • Experience in selling high end boutique membership options a plus
