Position Overview
The Marion campus of The Ohio State University seeks a part time Engineering Technology semester lecturer to teach in the Autumn 2026 semester. The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to the teaching mission of The Ohio State University and experience teaching lecture courses.
Courses:
ENGRTEC 2300 Lab - Electrical Circuits for Engineering Technology
Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant field of study
• Evidence of expertise in effective teaching at the undergraduate level
• 1+ year(s) teaching experience at the college level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching within The Ohio State University, land-grant university, and/or regional campuses

The College
The Ohio State University at Marion offered its first classes in 1957. The Marion campus sits on 188 acres and shares the campus with Marion Technical College. In addition, 66 acres of campus are leased for agricultural purposes.
