Overview:
Reporting to the Provost and Executive Vice President and working in partnership with senior university leaders, deans, department chairs, and the Faculty Senate, the Associate Provost, Academic and Faculty Excellence provides leadership for academic quality, curriculum, and academic policy. The Associate Provost also provides leadership for the Center for Faculty Excellence, designing programming that advances instructional quality, curricular innovation, scholarly productivity, and inclusive pedagogy for full-time and adjunct faculty. The incumbent also serves as Acting Provost in times of need.
