Registered Nurse - Home Health/Hospice
PRN (Variable hours; no call required)
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide direct clinical nursing services in patients' homes, residences, or care facilities. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating services across the healthcare continuum.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care including, but not limited to:
    • IV therapy and venipuncture
    • Wound care and wound vacuum management
    • Hospice care services
  • Coordinate care among physicians, facilities, patients/families, and rehabilitation services
  • Participate in a rotating weekday and weekend on-call schedule (FT/PT positions)
  • Deliver care independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic systems
Qualifications:
  • Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous nursing experience required
  • Home health and/or hospice experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
