Overview
Great outcomes start with great people and Armor has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Director Part-time 4 hours a week position to lead our clinical team at Cache County-Utah in Logan, Utah.
Responsibilities
  • Provide and oversee medical diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care of patients in a correctional facility
  • Provide and manage direct medical patient care
  • Maintain medical records and charts documenting all medical services rendered
  • Direct, coordinate and supervise clinical services provided by professional staff; review and approve treatment protocols, clinical policies and procedures; and provide in-service training for the clinical staff

Qualifications
  • State license as a MD/DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • DEA license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Supervisory experience in correctional health care preferred
  • Proficient with electronic medical records
  • Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen
