Job description

This weekend-only maintenance position requires a self-motivated individual able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player. This position requires an individual experienced in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and dry wall. Must have own hand tools, be able to stand for more than 8 hours, climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs. HVAC experience is a plus.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 19 years of age
  • Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to pass background check
