Registered Nurse-ED

Part Time I Third Shift

Emergency Department I Hamburg

The Emergency Department at Baptist Health Hamburg is a part of a 344,000-square-foot medical center offering 24/7 emergency care for patients of all ages. The ED includes specialty treatment rooms, an Extended Care Unit for short-stay observation, and access to 24-hour EMS transport, including ALS ambulance support. Our team delivers high-quality, patient-focused care in a modern, collaborative environment.

Description RN-ED:

  • Assessment of patients' needs.
  • Development of patient care plan/s
  • Provision of direct care.
  • Management of patient care delivery.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.

Requirements RN-ED:

  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
  • Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university. Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor's degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of their hire date. ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
