Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay: $82,651.00 - $90,806.00 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. Utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the BCBA will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the overall quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions in accordance with ABA principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
