Social Content Creator (copy/graphic/video) - (Flexforce) - Originals
Core Content Areas: Professional Sports (Women's) | Music | Founder-Led Business
Overview: This is a part-time, project-based role (estimated 15-20 hours per week during production sprints, 5-10 hours during maintenance weeks) responsible for end-to-end execution of Magnet Originals' content creation including existing channels in Linkedin, YouTube & Instagram and as needed developing new channels & content plans for company accounts and new shows.
Core Responsibilities
  • Copy Writing: Write concise, scroll-stopping social copy that converts attention into action.
  • Video Production: Shoot, edit, and optimize all video content (LinkedIn videos, YouTube deep-dives, IG Reels)
  • Design: Create graphics for LinkedIn carousels, IG feed posts, YouTube thumbnails
  • Content Management: Schedule posts across platforms, maintain editorial calendar, track performance metrics
  • Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, A/B test thumbnails/headlines, adjust strategy based on analytics
  • Asset Organization: Maintain organized library of footage, photos, graphics for easy repurposing

Required Skills
  • Storytelling: Ability to translate business insights into engaging visual narratives
  • Video Editing: Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut (bonus: familiarity with AI editing tools like Descript, Runway)
