Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for our client, a respected and long-established law firm in the Capital Region is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their collaborative team. This in-office opportunity offers either full-time or part-time hours and is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to grow within the legal field.
This stable and team-oriented office focuses on real estate and litigation matters for banking and financial institution clients and offers a supportive environment with long-term staff and hands-on training.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation and editing of legal documents
  • Complete and process court forms
  • Perform electronic court filings (e-filing)
  • Maintain and update case files and case management systems
  • Organize legal documents, correspondence, and records
  • Provide administrative and case-related support to paralegals
  • Ensure accuracy and timely handling of legal filings and documentation
