Job Type:  Part-time
Reports To: Spa Manager / Office Manager

We are a premier luxury MedSpa seeking a polished, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator to serve as the face and voice of our brand. This hybrid role combines front desk and client service duties with content creation and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is not only client-focused and detail-oriented but also passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Client Experience:

  • Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring a 5-star guest experience
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes using spa software
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and ensure seamless flow of front desk operations
  • Offer clients refreshments, product recommendations, and answers to service-related questions
  • Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of reception, retail area, break room & restrooms.
  • Provide exceptional communication between clients and clinical/aesthetic staff
  • Handle intake forms, consents, SpaKinect virtual appointment and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Upsell services, memberships, and skincare products tactfully and confidently
  • Assist in VIP or influencer client coordination if applicable
  • May administer cryotherapy, PEMF or HOCATT services when other staff are unavailable

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • *Capture in-clinic photos/videos (before & after, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Coordinate with providers to gather educational and promotional content
  • Respond to DMs and comments in a timely and brand-aligned manner
  • Assist with email campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Track engagement analytics and report performance to management
  • Stay current on aesthetic trends and competitor content

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or aesthetics is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in a MedSpa, dermatology office, or luxury spa environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser, facials)
  • Skilled in social media platforms, basic content creation, and brand messaging
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional image and confident presence both in-person and online
  • Knowledge of Canva, basic photo/video editing apps, or marketing tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with booking software and POS systems (BLVD, Podium, Cherry, Alle, Care Credit, Slack App)
