Ramton Homes is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media & Content Specialist to help capture, create, and manage content that reflects our custom home projects, craftsmanship, and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient with photography, videography, storytelling, and working behind the scenes to bring a brand to life online. You'll help ensure Ramton Homes maintains a professional, consistent, and high-quality online presence while supporting our overall marketing goals.

About the Role As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing content for all social media platforms. You will also edit, organize, schedule, and publish content across platforms. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, communicate clearly, and maintain a strong eye for quality and brand consistency.

The successful candidate will also be a strong writer, with the ability to create engaging captions and compelling stories. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality photo and video content of construction sites, completed homes, and company activities. Create content that is engaging and educational.

Identify opportunities to showcase craftsmanship, custom details, project progress, and client experience. Edit and prepare content for social media platforms, including reels, stories, and static posts. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with project timelines, construction milestones, and company priorities.

Publish content according to the approved content schedule. Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally. Maintain an organized content library of photos and videos categorized by project, phase, and content type.

Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, visibility, and consistency. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure content aligns with build progress and accurate project details. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Creative, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable capturing photo and video content on active construction sites Skilled in editing, content creation, and scheduling.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual quality Able to maintain a polished and consistent brand presence Professional, respectful, and confident communicating with team members Able to manage deadlines and stay organized across multiple projects Interested in construction, design, homes, architecture, or lifestyle branding Tools & Platforms Experience with the following is considered an asset: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn. Photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits, Buffer etc.) Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive Content organization systems and project coordination tools What Success Looks Like In this role, success means creating consistent, high-quality content that reflects Ramton Homes' brand, project timelines, craftsmanship, and client experience. Content should be well organized, easy to access, and aligned with the company's marketing goals and construction progress
