Position Summary
Helix Traffic Solutions is seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing and communications efforts. This role will focus primarily on digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and SEO management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping build brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns that support company goals and initiatives.
  • Design and build email campaigns using SendGrid.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and email distribution.
  • Track and report email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all communications.
  • Assist with written and visual content for newsletters, intranet updates, employee communications, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with creating presentations, flyers, announcements, and promotional materials.
