Job Summary:

The Information Technology Division is responsible for applications used internally and by the public to access agency information and services. Current objectives of IT include providing reliable online services for the access of public information; automating services from paper to online transactions; and standardizing our practices and solutions to manage cost and speed development.

Job Duties:

We are seeking a Sr. Office 365 Administrator to work with our IT team to maintain the agency's Cloud services in Office 365 and Azure. You will be independently identifying and remediating vulnerabilities across the Microsoft stack using appropriate tools; Mobile and desktop compliance; performing auditing and reporting tasks; account, group, and mailbox administration using InTune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online. Additionally, administration of DNS, DHCP, and Directory Services, and some tier 2/3 support of Windows and Office systems is expected.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Advanced knowledge of Office 365 administration - InTune, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Security, Compliance, Defender for Cloud, Endpoint Manager, DLP, Auditing, eDiscovery, Entra ID, Purview
Experience with WAF systems like Barracuda, Palo Alto, Cloudstrike, and other NG Firewalls and monitoring tools
Strong skills and experience with PowerShell scripting with Office 365, Azure
Azure - Active Directory, Automation
Proficient with Windows Server 2016-2025 roles including Directory Services, DNS and DHCP, File and Print Services, Group Policies and InTune policies and controls
Good understanding of network concepts, such as IP addressing, routing, VLan, DMZ and VPN
Ability to engage in root cause analysis
Aptitude for continuous improvement where incident resolution is integrated into operations
Demonstrated capability as a self-starter, strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to complete projects by assigned deadlines
Ability to work in a team-centric environment, as well as individually
Strong organizational skills and effective time management while working on multiple projects, assignments, and tasks
Effective interpersonal and listening skills
Some after-hours support
Ability to write administrative and technical documentation for use by IT and support staff
