Craft & Crew Hospitality is a mission and value drivens organization offering a great work culture, excellent food, service and cocktails with a focus on our dog patios. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available with us!
Your AM Cook Role
As an AM Line Cook (Weekends a Must) - Duke's on 7, you'll be a key force behind a smooth, high-energy morning service-turning tickets into standout plates with consistency and hustle. This is a part-time, onsite role in Minnetonka, MN, scheduled for day shifts with weekends required, paying $18-$21 based on experience.
What you'll do:
    • Prep, cook, and plate menu items to spec with strong pace and precision

    • Keep your line station stocked, clean, organized, and ready for volume

    • Follow recipes, food safety practices, and sanitation standards every shift

    • Work in sync with the kitchen team to keep timing tight and service moving

What you bring:
    • Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (we'll train the right attitude)

    • Comfort in a fast-paced environment and sharp attention to detail

    • Dependable weekend availability and a team-first mindset

If you're ready to bring the heat to weekend mornings, apply now.
Morning Rush Energy
You clock in, get set up, and feel the kitchen come alive as the first tickets roll in. The pace builds fast-coffee's flowing, the grill's hot, and the team is locked in. Between bursts of action, you reset, restock, and keep your space sharp so the next wave is smooth. Weekend mornings bring the biggest momentum-steady orders, quick turns, and that unbeatable feeling when the rush breaks and everything clicked.
