Aegis of Bellevue Overlake is looking for a Driver to provide transportation for our residents to medical appointments and resident outings via town car or para-transit vehicle.

The Driver is responsible for inspecting the vehicles and keeping them properly fueled and clean. When not driving, the Driver will report to the community for other assigned tasks including assistance with resident activities and light maintenance duties.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time
  • 2 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday OR Friday)

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Transport residents at the Community
  • Maintain the bus and town car
  • Communicate effectively
  • Practice effective team behavior
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
  • Is organized and manages time effectively
  • Build resident and family satisfaction 
Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • A valid state driver's license, clean driving record, and any specialized licenses (or the willingness and capability to acquire) required to operate multi-passenger vehicles
  • Experience working with the senior population
  • Skilled at building relationships with residents
  • Good navigational skills
  • Must meet State requirements on criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Test that includes marijuana. 
  • Must be a minimum age of 25 years of age transport residents and run errands fort the community.
  • Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
