This position is fantastic for anyone with a passion for movies, interacting with the public, or anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Our Cast Members perform the essential front-line tasks for the movie theater, including roles in the box office, concession stand, and as an usher.

Cross-training in selling tickets, running concession POS transactions, serving concession products, cleaning the theater and providing guest services is provided to all Cast Members. Generally, work tasks will include:

  • Sell tickets, and serve food and drinks to customers
  • Clean and sanitize the theater regularly
  • Stock and record inventory efficiently
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate with management as issues arise
  • Work collaboratively with the team

Qualifications / Expectations

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must commit to showing up to work on time when scheduled
  • Must have a positive team-focused attitude and be willing to learn
