Description
A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service and high standards. You greet guests upon arrival, inform guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, answer the phones, show guests to their table and bid guests farewell as they leave.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
-Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
-Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
-Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
-Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
-Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
-Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
-A knowledge of the menu.
-Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
-Providing great customer service.

Little O's Marketplace is a laid back, casual, but fast paced restaurant and bar. Associated with our big brother, O.H.S.O. Brewery and Distillery, we have an inside/outside bar with many craft beers on tap and available in cans and bottles. At Little O's, you will find a dog friendly patio, an array of O.H.S.O. inspired menu items available in house or to-go and a friendly staff, ready to serve. In addition to our great menu, we also serve coffee, donuts and great 'grab • n go' items! This funky neighborhood hangout is sure to bring people together with good food, good beer and of course, dogs!
