What you will do:

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with leading and managinga dedicated team of employees and, when necessary,take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
  • Assist with managing your theatre's budget and growing revenue.
  • Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • You have experience in a similar environment.
  • You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
