We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy, and sales-focused individuals to be the face of Auction.com. Our part-time Auction Coordinators represent the Company in the conduct of live, public foreclosure auctions and will regularly interact with investors and the general public. Good verbal communications skills are a necessity.
Important Position Details:
  • Live Public Auctions for this position occur on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Candidate must be generally available during those times, with at least one week's notice.
  • The auction days and times can vary from week to week. Flexibility and adaptability to a varying weekly schedule is required.
  • Hours are expected to be between 4-20 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed and can vary based on auction cancellations and/or volume of sales.
  • Local travel will be required. Some limited overnight travel may occur.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Must be age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Territory: Southwestern Oregon, covering the following Counties: Coos, Klamath, Doulgas, Lane, Jackson, Josephine. A rental car may be provided for travel outside of primary territory.
Job Requirements:
  • Manage live auction events, including auctioneering properties.
  • Excellent communication and transparency with management, team members, investors and bidders.
  • Being attentive and responsive daily to work communications.
  • Proficient with technology, especially tablet and app functionality & troubleshooting
  • Explicit attention to detail
  • Data Entry of information into Auction.com proprietary software programs
  • Comfortable executing contracts and handling funds, including cash at times.
  • Educate customers on auction processes, website navigation and resources, and promote all facets of Auction.com products and services.
  • Must be able to stand for long hours and work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Must have own transportation for local work.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and engagement.
  • Must work well and be adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must work well both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Must be well-organized and able to accurately complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Professional, clear, and concise communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience in Real Estate/Title (preferred, not required)
  • Auctioneer experience or licensing (preferred, not required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 3 hours to conduct auctions
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
