Part-Time Box Office Buyer (W-2Hourly)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Box Office Buyer to join our growing team. This is a W-2 hourly position with a flexible, part-time schedule.
In this role, you will complete in-person box office ticket purchases at major Southern California venues, including Honda Center (Anaheim), Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium (Inglewood), with occasional purchasing in downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.
Responsibilities
  • Travel to assigned box office locations for concerts, sports, and live entertainment events
  • Purchase tickets in person using the company's order system and company-provided credit card
  • Accurately record purchase details in the system
  • Deliver or ship purchased tickets to the office following company procedures
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venue locations
  • Own a smartphone and are comfortable using mobile apps and online systems
  • Available to work a flexible schedule of approximately 2-20 hours per week, based on venue availability and ticket purchase requests
  • Able to work within the general timeframe of 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and easy to reach by phone or text
  • Strong verbal communication skills
