We’re seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant I to support our Austin office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting project teams, and creating a positive, organized work environment. This position goes beyond traditional administrative work—it plays a key role in keeping projects, teams, and office operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant I, you’ll:

  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate Lunch & Learn sessions.
  • Support Project Managers and leadership with administrative coordination and documentation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up action items.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, internal communications, and office-wide initiatives.
  • Help maintain efficient workflows and identify opportunities to improve organization and consistency.
  • Support invoice routing, expense tracking, and general operational activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor communication.
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, and shared resources.
  • Assist with planning office events, employee engagement activities, and team functions.
