Overview

Join a collaborative and compassionate therapy team at Piedmont Walton, where we provide both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services designed to support patients across a broad spectrum of needs. Our inpatient therapy team-consisting of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology-is staffed seven days a week with flexible, varied schedules. We care for a diverse inpatient population, including orthopedic, neurologic, oncology, and generalized debility cases. Our outpatient department offers Physical and Occupational Therapy services, and due to fluctuating volumes, our outpatient clinicians are encouraged to be cross-trained for inpatient care to help maintain productivity while prioritizing excellent patient outcomes. If you're seeking a dynamic environment where teamwork and adaptability are key, our rehab department may be the perfect fit for you.

ResponsibilitiesProviding occupational therapy for a designated group of patients, including evaluations, modalities, and treatments. Responsible for the care of patients treated by certified occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers.QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in occupational therapy Required
  • New Graduates of Occupational Therapy program eligible
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current GA License as Occupational Therapist or current compact privileges in Georgia Required
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA Required
